Relaxation Massage with Pindas – Awaken your senses, immerse yourself in tradition: the perfect fusion between therapy and the nature of the Alentejo Coast .

The massage combines the therapeutic benefits of relaxation with the healing effects of local herbs, such as the relaxing effects of lavender, the invigorating properties of rosemary, the softness and hydration provided by local rice and the therapeutic benefits of sea salt.

Each smooth and precise movement of the Pindas, combined with the enveloping fragrance of the herbs, transports you to a state of deep relaxation, promoting a balance between body, mind and spirit.

This formula starts around 3pm with the water circuit that includes a heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna and Turkish bath followed by a relaxation massage with essential oils (50min) can be booked until 4:30pm and after 5pm go up to the lobby for tea accompanied by miniature sweet and savoury pastries created by Chef David Proença.

Time: 3 hours

This formula starts at around 3pm with the water circuit that includes a heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna and Turkish bath followed by a double relaxation massage with essential oils (50min) that can be booked until 4:30pm and after 5:30pm tea will be served accompanied by miniature sweet and savoury pastries created by Chef David Proença, in the lobby bar.

The morning starts at 10:30 am to start the water circuit that includes a heated pool, jacuzzi, followed by a double relaxation massage with essential oils (30 min) that can be with a friend, cousin, father, mother, grandfather, grandmother, aunt, etc.

Note: Program for children between 4 and 12 years old, always accompanied by an adult, if the massage is for a pair of children, an adult will be present in the room.

Time: 2 hours

This program starts at 10:30 am to enjoy the heated pool, sauna, Turkish bath and even the gym followed by an executive lunch in the Hotel restaurant.

Available Monday to Friday.

We provide a bathrobe and towel. Please bring your own swimsuit and slippers. The use of a swimming cap is not mandatory, however it is recommended.

This program is recommended for those who want to relax and take care of themselves, enjoying the tranquility of the hotel and the Seelyte Spa.

Includes a relaxing gentle pressure massage, and full access to the indoor pool, sauna, Turkish bath, jacuzzi and gym between 10:30 am and 8 pm.

You can arrive at any time you like, but we recommend that you leave the massage appointment until the end so that you can enjoy the benefits of essential oils.

We provide a bathrobe and towel.
